Cancel contract

Would you like to cancel your order before it ships? Depending on your order status, up to two digital options may be available.

How to access your order

You can open your order in two ways:

  • via the "View current status" button in your order confirmation email — this is usually the fastest way to reach your order page
  • via account sign-in at account.smilodox.com using the email address you used when placing your order

If you sign in via account.smilodox.com, you will receive a one-time code by email. A separate customer account password is not required.

If you are prompted to sign in or verify on the order page, please use the same email address you used when placing your order. A separate password-based customer account is not required.

On the order page, one or both cancellation options may appear, depending on your order status and sign-in state.

Option 1: Request cancellation

This option is usually available directly from the order page and is the easiest way to request a cancellation. You submit a cancellation request; our team will review and process it.

Available for eligible orders that have not yet shipped, within 15 minutes of placing your order.

  1. Open your order.
  2. Click "Cancel items".
  3. Select the items and confirm your request.
  4. You will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Option 2: Cancel order immediately

This option may require sign-in or verification with the email address used for your order. If immediate cancellation is still possible in our system, your order will be cancelled immediately.

Available for eligible orders that have not yet shipped, within 30 minutes of placing your order.

  1. Open your order and sign in or verify with your order email if prompted.
  2. Click "Cancel order immediately".
  3. Confirm the cancellation on the cancellation page.
  4. If the cancellation is successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Important notes

  • Both options are only available for eligible orders that have not yet shipped.
  • Option 1 is a cancellation request and is available for up to 15 minutes after placing your order. Option 2 is direct cancellation and may be available for up to 30 minutes after placing your order.
  • For certain orders, such as those with digital items or gift cards, online cancellation may not be available.
  • In some cases, immediate cancellation may be temporarily unavailable shortly after placing your order. Please try again after a short time.
  • If no cancellation option is visible, the time window may have expired, the order may have shipped, or it may no longer be cancellable for other reasons.

When no cancellation option is available

If no cancellation option is shown on the order page, you can still contact us by email:

Please include the following information if possible:

  • your order number
  • the email address used for the order
  • the item(s) you want to cancel

Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
